You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to own or operate a commercial haulage business in Nigeria to register as a truck owner.

Accounts are accessed by a one-time code sent to your registered phone number — there is no password.

You're responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure, and for any activity on your account.

You're responsible for ensuring every truck you register is legally roadworthy, insured, and compliant with applicable Nigerian transport regulations.

HammLogistics does not inspect or certify your vehicles, and registering a truck on the platform does not imply any such certification.

HammLogistics is a platform that provides GPS tracking, maintenance scheduling, and matches your trucks with delivery requests from third parties needing cargo moved.

We are not a common carrier and do not take possession of any cargo ourselves.

Subcontract requests are reviewed by our team before assignment. We do not guarantee a minimum volume, frequency, or value of delivery requests.

You choose whether to accept a delivery request assigned to your truck.

Once accepted, you're responsible for completing the delivery safely, lawfully, and in line with the details agreed for that request.

Payouts for completed deliveries are credited to your HammLogistics wallet according to the terms displayed at the time of the request.

You can view your balance and transaction history at any time from your dashboard.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including providing false information about your trucks or documentation, sharing your account access with unauthorized parties, or using the platform to transport illegal cargo.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, provides false information, or poses a risk to other users of the platform.

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time.

HammLogistics facilitates connections between truck owners and cargo requests but is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any cargo client, driver, or other third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees you've paid us in the preceding three months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever these terms change, and let registered users know of any significant change.
