Account information: your name, phone number, and optionally an email address and business name, collected when you register.

Truck information: registration number, make, model, payload capacity, odometer reading, and insurance status for each truck you add.

Location data: the live GPS position, speed, and route history of trucks linked to a tracker device, for as long as that device is linked to your account.

Delivery and financial information: subcontract request details, trip milestones, proof-of-delivery records, and wallet transaction history.

Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, discussion notes on subcontract requests, and support conversations.

We use this information to operate the platform: verifying your account by SMS, displaying your fleet's location and maintenance status, matching your trucks with delivery requests, processing wallet payouts, and responding to support requests.

We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use your location data for advertising.

Live GPS data is only visible to you and to HammLogistics staff who manage the tracking platform — never to other truck owners.

Location data is retained for as long as your truck remains linked to a tracker device, and is removed from active use once you unlink it.

We share the minimum necessary information with the third parties that make the platform work:

• Our GPS tracking provider, to retrieve your trucks' live position.
• Our SMS provider, to deliver one-time verification codes to your phone.
• Our email provider, for optional email notifications if you've given us an email address.

We do not share your data with other truck owners, cargo clients, or any party outside of operating the platform, except where required by law.

We retain account, truck, and transaction records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting obligations.

You can request deletion of your account as described below.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, subject to any records we're required to keep by law.

We restrict access to your data to staff who need it to operate the platform, and we don't store passwords — account access is by one-time code sent to your registered phone number.

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes, and let registered users know of any significant change.
